J.G. VanOostrum Farm Equipment Ltd. was started in July 1974 by Jos VanOostrum. He had worked at the previous IH Dealer as a mechanic and later as Shop Foreman. Our business grew rapidly and in 1978 became Incorporated. In 1984, the Dealership was chosen to represent the newly merged Case IH.
In 1998, a large expansion occured to our parts and service departments. Then, in 2002 we added 40 x 50 to the service shop, expanded our line of fully equipped service trucks, increased our parts inventory and finished it off with a new 50' x 50' parts showroom.
Finally, in 2009 we invested in a state-of-the-art computer system which enabled us to become a Certified Dealer for Case IH.
On October 27,2000 VanOostrums Farm Equipment Ltd. became a second generation business when Patrick VanOostrum bought and became sole owner of the business.
